American Water is consolidating four locations in central New Jersey into a single new building located in Camden, NJ on the Camden Waterfront. This project will bring together multiple business groups (approximately 866 occupants) into a 219,000 RSF facility consisting of workplace and approximately 25,000 SF of amenities. Rock Brook is providing professional HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, Fire Alarm, LEED Consulting, IT, and Security engineering services for this project, which is estimated to be completed in 2018.
