Kering Americas (manufacturer of luxury fashion) is the proud recipient of a 2020 AIA New Jersey Design Award.   Rock Brook provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing IT/AV and security engineering design for Kering’s 110,000 square foot workplace relocation and 308,000 square foot warehouse/distribution space in Wayne, NJ.  Rock Brook worked alongside HLW Architects on this project which has achieved a LEED Gold Certified status.
