Rock Brook provided MEP/FP, IT/AV and Security engineering design services. The project included GMP clean rooms ISO 7 which were mechanically dedicated to ensure product isolation and comply with European Union standards. Lab space was designed for research. Common utilities in all spaces allowed flexibility for continuously changing science. Utilities included Oxygen, Nitrogen, Co2 and Vacuum. Fan wall technology was used for efficient redundancy. Critical generator back-up power was also designed with central UPS. This is a World Class, FDA validated manufacturing facility. Fast track collaborative design amongst client, architect, general contractor, and trades.
