Rock Brook provided professional mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) engineering design services for a variety of tenant fit-outs at Gateway Center in Newark, NJ.  This $50 million dollar project features the Jewel Box, a state-of-the-art entrance to the Gateway Center. The project features Gateway’s first-ever street-facing retail space while other plans call for a new exterior façade, modernized lobbies, common areas and tech-forward collaborative spaces. Rock Brook is proud to have worked alongside Onyx Equities in transforming Gateway Center into a commercial and cultural hub for the Newark community and beyond.
