Rock Brook provided MEP/FP engineering design services for a 60,000 square foot renovation for Lixil, manufacturer of water and housing products including American Standard, GROHE, and many others.  The renovation consisted of open plan workstations, private offices, conferencing spaces, a town hall function, and support space.
