The Rock Brook Consulting Group provided professional mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services for Bancroft’s new 80-acre Mount Laurel campus.  Bancroft is an essential regional resource for families with children with special needs.  The 200,000-square-foot project consisted of multiple buildings on campus, including a school building, facilities building, housing buildings, and administration buildings, which will serve as a resource to benefit the region’s autism community.  For this project, systems were designed to accommodate a sensory-friendly floor plan with open ceilings and glass walls meant to allow an abundance of natural daylight into the facility.  The project is currently under construction.
