Senior Plumbing Engineer
General requirements and responsibilities may include the following:
REQUIREMENTS
• 10-15 years of professional plumbing engineering experience
• BS in engineering preferred
• Knowledge/Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Understanding of the National Standard Plumbing code-NJ, Philadelphia plumbing code, Barrier Free design codes and NFPA codes.
• Standard specification editing and technical writing skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and layout plumbing and fire suppression systems

• Design and document engineering plans, models, and riser diagrams, perform pipe sizing and equipment calculations, and assist in the preparation of design narratives and specifications
• Work in close contact with entire MEP/FP design team and attend design meetings as required
• Expand knowledge of plumbing systems and code in preparation for a Certified in Plumbing design Certification (CPD)
• Perform Quality control and peer review of other plumbing engineer’s projects
Entry Level Plumbing Engineer

• 0-4 years of professional plumbing engineering experience
